What Are DVC Annual Dues?
Annual dues are yearly maintenance fees paid by all Disney Vacation Club members. The amount is calculated on a per-point basis—you pay a set dollar amount for each vacation point you own. Since each resort has its own per-point rate, the dues vary depending on your home resort.

When Dues Are Billed
Disney Vacation Club bills annual dues at the beginning of each calendar year. Members must keep their dues current to use their vacation points for reservations. The dues rates for the upcoming year are typically announced in the fall.
For Resale Buyers: When purchasing a DVC contract on the resale market, the closing process includes verification that dues are paid current. Any outstanding dues are settled at closing.
